Sometimes, there just isn't enough time in a day.
Today is the start of my nice long weekend, and I am using the opportunity to get a jump start on some Spring Cleaning. That must mean Spring is on it's way, which I think all of us Minnesotans were wondering if that was ever going to happen.
It's been a shockingly warm week. Last week, there was snow everywhere along with tears and sweat from shoveling.
This week, I can see my lawn! My brown, muddy, mucky lawn. But hey, it's a start!
So on days where you are in such a cleaning mode, where you can't slow down or it might go away, make these Pepperoni Rolls!
You will need:
Cresant Rolls
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Sting Cheese
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Dipping Sauce (Marinara)
Heat that oven up to 375.
Unroll the cresant rolls and break into separate triangles. Put 4-5 pepperoni's in each roll, putting them over-layed on the wide end. Take your mozzarella stick and slice it down the middle to make 2 smaller sticks. Put 1 small stick on top of the pepperoni, and roll the cresant like shown. Take a brush and swipe a little olive oil on the top. Sprinkle with garlic salt, and pop in the oven for about 13 minutes.
These were so great, and quick! Kids would love these, but I only have Jim to work with and he ate all his, plus took 1 of mine. Grrr. he's lucky I was full!
