Jack got to stop for a swim on our 2.21 mile walk today!
This walk was much needed. For starters, it's so nice out, how could I miss the opportunity to get outside?
Secondly, Jack was bouncing at the door for his chance at some fun.
Thirdly, I was hoping to get some sun.
Fourthly, exercise.
And fifthly, I need a good thinking-walk. Walking always helps me think, and relieves stress. James and I are about to make a huge decision - we are putting in an offer on a country home! I couldn't be more excited and ready and thrilled and happy about this. I mean, this place is perfect. It's in the area that I love, meaning close to church and our children's possible potential school, it's in the country, and it's on almost 17 acres.
We love the house, the land, the privacy, the apple trees, the wildlife, the crick, the fields, the trees, the garage... it's perfect. And to think, we knew about this place being for sale for awhile but we weren't sure it was what we liked - until I convinced James to take a ride with me one night and showed up at the house. The owners weren't home when we knocked, but as we were about to leave, they pulled in the driveway. I have known them my whole life, and they couldn't be nicer people. They showed us the land and the inside of the house. We talked and both Jim and I are ready to commit to this home. Now all we have to do is get the paperwork started, and talk to some banks!
I cannot be happier with all that God has blessed me with, and He continues to bless me.
