These are the easiest Summer meal, ever.
I swear they are.
And they are so yummy! And inter-changeable. And... yummy!
You'll Need:
1 pound ground beef
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Worcestershire sauce
BBQ sauce or Ketchup
Shredded cheddar cheese
Grab a square of tin foil to use as your "plate."
Yes, another bonus of this meal is no dishes to wash afterwards! Well, that's if you're like me and truly use the tin foil as a plate and plastic silverware.
Spray the foil with non-stick spray. Separate ground beef into 4 patties, or several meatballs. Place the meat in the center of the foil. Divide cubed potatoes and chopped onion between the 4 meals., placing on top of the uncooked meat. Season with salt and pepper, then add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to each foil. Close these meals up by pinching the edges of the foil together, so they won't let any of their steam out. Cook on a medium-heat grill for about 30 minutes. Open these slowly as all the steam will escape. Top these babies with your cheese and choice of sauce.
Of course, my choice of sauce is Ketchup. Why wouldn't it be? It's the best.
Enjoy these, and happy grilling season!
