One of my favorite shows to watch is The Pioneer Woman. Ree Drummond is so inspiring to me! She's quirky, funny, and goofy, so maybe that's why I enjoy her show and blog so much!
I adapted this recipe from her, and it turned out wonderful!

Once your beef is browned, add the can of tomato sauce. Mmmm... tomato sauce...
I love Aldi. I love their Happy Harvest brand, too!

My shakers are the best shakers there are. I found them at a garage sale!
While the meat is simmering, get your noodles ready. Boil some water in a pot, and once it's ready, add your noodles.

Once again, another Aldi favorite brand, Fit & Active!
It's gettin' steamy in here...

Add this sour cream/cottage cheese mix to your drained noodles.
I used a 9x13" pan for the baking portion. Add half the pot of noodles to the baking pan. Cover the noodles with half the meet mixture, then top that with half the shredded cheese. Repeat those layers once more. Bake for 20 minutes.
It will look similar to this! My tummy is growling. Time to dig in!
